Due to many requests for an extension of the deadline, ICSSE2023 Organizing Committee has agreed to extend the deadline for abstract submission till February 28, 2023.

We are honored to invite all interested authors to submit your paper regarding the 2023 International Conference on System Science and Engineering (ICSSE) which will be held on July 27-28, 2023, in Ho Chi Minh City.

ICSSE2023, the next event of a stable ICSSE series, is co-organized by HCMC University of Technology and Education (Vietnam), Taiwan Association of System Science and Engineering (TASSE), National Taiwan Ocean University (Taiwan) and Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna (Thailand), is sponsored technically by IEEE SMCS, will provide scholars, experts, engineers and practitioners from all over the world with a great opportunity to present the latest system design concepts, research results, achievements and applications, as well as to facilitate interactions between scholars and practitioners. The proceedings of ICSSE2023 will publish on the IEEE_Xplore with ISBN 979-83503-2294-1 and online ISSN 2325-0925.
